| Zigui county, as the origin of China navel orange, had citrus area of 14,600 hm2, with output of 250,000tons in 2011. To do a good job of postharvest storage, preservation and commercialized processing, the author detailed researched its postharvest processing status quo.
Finally we analyzed the current problems of citrus postpartum link and put forward many ideas in order to realize the zigui citrus industry healthy sustainable development. |
