      本文基于信息不对称理论分析了赣南脐橙销售及渠道现状,通过对现实脐橙销售渠道的各种问题的揭示,阐述了赣南脐橙的渠道建设由于信息不对称导致了脐橙渠道建设的低层次重复、过度竞争等问题。在此基础之上,本文认为应以脐橙的信息化和信息对称为基础构建多层次销售渠道,以不同的销售渠道满足不同消费者的消费能力与欲望,使消费者与生产者在高中低各个销售渠道层次上实现供求平衡。最终,让农户获取更高的利润,消费者获取更高的价值。

      in this paper,燽ased on the燼nalysis of the current situation of爐he theory of asymmetric information爋f Gannan navel orange燼nd sales channel,爐hrough revealing the爌roblems爋f爊avel orange爏ales channels,elaborated the燾hannel construction of燝annan navel orange燽ecause of the information asymmetry爌roblem ofnavel orange燾hannel construction,爈ow level repeated爀xcessive competition.燨n this basis,爐his paper燾onsiders the爊avel of the爄nformatization and information爏ymmetry爁or爐he construction of multi-level爏ales channels,爄n different爏ales channels爐o meet different consumer燾onsumption燼bility and desire,爏o that燾onsumers and producers爁or燽alance爄n the爃igh and low爈evels of爒arious爏ales channels.燜inally,燼llow farmers to爋btain higher profits,燾onsumers get爉ore value.
