      广东荔枝产业在未来十年将重点推广北园绿、冰荔、翡脆、凤山红灯笼、观音绿、井岗红糯、岭丰糯、唐厦红、仙进奉、御金球十大荔枝新品种,深入认识和比较这十大主推荔枝品种的特性有重要意义。本文采用鲜食品质评价回归模型和多指标对比的方法,深入分析十大主推荔枝品种特性,全面呈现了主推荔枝选育过程、植物学性状、物候期、果实性状,分析了外观品质、食用品质、营养品质等指标,并给出综合评价分数和分析雷达图,为科学制定广东荔枝产业品种结构调整方案提供参考。
英文摘要:
      In the next ten years, Guangdong litchi industry will focus on promoting the ten new varieties of litchi, including Beiyuanlv, Bingli, Feicui, Fengshanhongdenglong, Guanyinlv, Jingganghongnuo, Lingfengnuo, Tangxiahong, Xianjinfeng, and Yujinqiu. It is of great significance to deeply understand and compare the characteristics of these ten recommended litchi varieties. In this paper, the characteristics of ten recommended litchi varieties were analyzed by using fresh food quality evaluation regression model and multi index comparison method. The breeding process, botanical characters, phenological period and fruit characters of the recommended litchi varieties were comprehensively presented. The appearance quality, edible quality and nutritional quality were analyzed. The comprehensive evaluation score and multi index analysis radar chart were given. This study provides a reference for the scientific development of litchi industry in Guangdong Province.
