柑桔衰退病毒(Citrus tristeza virus, CTV)存在复杂的株系分化现象,运用弱毒株交叉保护防治柑桔衰退病时需了解不同类型柑桔对CTV构成的影响。通过CTV分离株CT14和CT36分别嫁接接种28个甜橙品种(系)的研究发现,具有单一p25/HinfⅠRFLP组群构成的CT14在不同甜橙品种(系)上的组群构成和SSCP图谱没有明显的变化;混有多个组群的CT36在不同的甜橙品种(系)上其组群构成和SSCP图谱差异明显,其中p25/HinfⅠRFLP第1组群的检出率最高。 |

Citrus tristeza virus (CTV) exists as a large number of distinct strains differing in biological characters in citrus cultivars. Mild strains cross protection (MSCP) as a strategy aimed at controlling severe variants of the pathogen, requires deep understanding in the influence of citrus cultivars on composition of CTV isolates. In this study, CTV isolates CT14 and CT36 were graft-inoculated in 28 sweet orange cultivars, respectively. CT14 with single p25/HinfⅠRFLP group 3, did not change its group construction or p25/SSCP patterns in different sweet orange cultivars. However, as CT36 with the mixture of p25/HinfⅠRFLP groups 1,3 and 6 was graft-inoculated in different sweet orange cultivars, its sub-isolates had different composition of p25/HinfⅠRFLP groups or p25/SSCP patterns, and sub-isolates with p25/HinfⅠRFLP groups 1 could be found in the most of sweet orange cultivars. |
