      通过对上海栽培的‘早红宝石’甜樱桃进行喷施2%单氰胺、遮荫和2%单氰胺+遮荫等三种不同的打破休眠措施比较,发现喷施2%单氰胺对甜樱桃打破休眠和提高坐果率最有效,与对照相比能提前萌芽5 – 4 d,花期持续时间明显缩短,坐果率达到20%。对早红宝石进行单氰胺处理后,甜樱桃叶面积增大,单位新梢叶面积也相应增加,坐果率提高了18.8%,子房发育正常的比例由12%提高到58%。单氰胺处理‘先锋’品种显著增加了先锋果实可溶性固形物含量,提高了糖酸比,明显改善了果实的品质,但对其果实硬度和大小无显著影响。。
英文摘要:
      The effect to “zao hong bao shi” sweet cherry cultivated in Shanghai was studied of three different dormancy release treatments--2% Hydrogen Cyanamide (HC) alone, overshadowing alone and the formal two methods combined together. The results showed that, spraying HC is the most effective treatment for budbreak and fruit set for which advanced bud germination 5-4 days ahead than the control one, shortened anthesis duration obviously and brought cherries to 20% fruit set. After the treatment of HC, ‘zao hong bao shi’s leaf area and per unit area of young sprout were enlarged, fruit set improved by 18.8%, embryo abortion decreased to 12%. Our study imply that HC is more propitious to produce high range fruits, because in “Van” sweet cherry experiment, HC increased the quantity of fruit soluble solid, raised sugar-acid ratio, meliorated fruit quality and meanwhile had few effect to fruit hardness and size.
