      在设施栽培条件下,采用不同透光率的果袋,研究了不同遮光处理对沪油018油桃果实着色与品质的影响。结果表明,3个不同透光率(69.6%、18.2%和0%)的套袋处理均降低了果皮中色素含量,并随着透光率的降低呈现从红到黄、从暗到亮的着色趋势。其中以0%透光率处理最为显著,叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和花青苷的分别比不套袋处理下降了94.3%、24.55%和100%。套袋引起的遮光现象改变果皮中色素的比例及含量来改变果实的着色,光强是引起油桃果皮色泽和色素变化最主要的原因。不同果袋也影响了果实的品质与矿质营养含量,其变化是套袋引起的微域环境综合因素造成的,与透光率无显著相关。小林单层袋(NK-15)是大棚栽培条件下沪油018油桃较适宜的果袋。

      The study aimed to discuss the effects of different shading treatments on quality and coloration of nectarine fruit in greenhouse under three kinds of bags of different transmission rates. The results showed that with transmission rate decreasing, pigment content from pericarp tissues reduced of all the three treatments(69.6%,18.2%and 0% transmission rate)and changed from red to yellow, from dark to bright.Compared with unbagged fruits, 0% transmission rate treatment was the best one among three measures which made chlorophyll, carotenoid, anthocyanin decline by 94.3%、24.55% and 100% respectively.The shading caused by bagging changed pigment ratio and content of pericarp tissues leading to the changes of fruit-coloring. Light intensity was the most important reason causing changes of pericarp color and pigment.Microenvironment of bagging also leaded to the changes of fruit qulity and mineral nutrition which had no significant relationship with transmission rate. In conclusion, Kobayashi single-layer bag (NK-15)was the best as expected for nectarine fruit cultivated in greenhouse.
