壳寡糖(chito-oligosaccharide,COS)被认为具有促进植物生长发育,抑制病毒、细菌、真菌等作用,作为一种新型的多功能生物农药,在植物生长调节及诱导植物抗逆性、抗病性等方面显示了极大的应用潜力。试验研究发现,在晚熟甜橙塔罗科(Tarocco)血橙新系生产中喷施50 mg L-1壳寡糖,单株产量提高13.9%, 可溶性固形物含量增加0.5%,明显增强树势,提高抗旱、抗寒能力,促进生长,提高坐果率、减少裂果,落果,对提高产量和改善品质作用效果明显。 |

The chito-oligosaccharide(chito-oligosaccharide,COS) has been known that it can promote the plant growth,constrain virus,bacteria and fungi. As a new biological pesticide, the chito-oligosaccharide has showed the potential for adjusting the plant growth and resisting diseases. The experiment indicated: by the treatments of 50 mg L-1 liquid of 5% chito-oligosaccharide aqua spraying on the leaf surface of late-maturing Tarocco new clone (Citrus sinensis Osbeck cv Tarrocol orange), the average yield and the content of soluble solids can increase by 13.9% and 0.5%, separately .That can enhancement the potential of resistant ability to cold and drought, and increasing fruit-bearing rate , reduce the fruit drop at the physiological fruit drop period and prehavest fruit drop period.It can also increase the yield and improving quality. |
