| 试验主要探讨研究不同采穗嫁接时期、茎尖来源、茎尖大小对本地早蜜桔试管内微芽嫁接成活的影响。结果表明，7、8月份夏秋梢抽发期大田采茎尖微芽嫁接，嫁接苗茎尖存活及萌芽率高。以枳橙为砧，微芽嫁接茎尖大小以含3～4个叶原基成活率高。组培诱导成年态茎段无菌再生芽提供微芽嫁接茎尖接穗，可克服大田采芽受季节限制，延长接穗茎尖供应期。 |

| Experiment was conducted with the effects of different size of shoot-tip, source of stem apex and the time to graft on the survival of STG in vitro for Bendizao mandarin. The results show that STG can be done with tender shoot tips of citrus during July and August, which help to increase the survival and germination rate of scion tips. Shoot tips with 3～4 leaf primordia are more suitable for STG of Bendizao mandarin when Citrange hybrids are used for rootstock. Tender shoot tips induced from mature stem segments in vitro can prolong supply of scion tips, which help to overcome seasonal limitation. |
