| 通过发放调查问卷、电话访问、面对面深度访谈等调查方式，调查深圳、东莞及粤东地区荔枝产业技术应用情况，并对技术需求进行分析。结果发现：本区域荔枝种植户技术应用主要集中在病虫防治技术、保花保果防裂技术、果园改造技术方面，另有31.43%种植户没有技术应用；对荔枝技术的需求主要集中在植保、土肥及新品种方面；荔枝加工企业的技术需求主要有原料储藏保鲜技术、先进设备需求、新产品开发需求；专业合作社社员们对荔枝丰产技术、新品种、产后保鲜加工技术需求迫切。 |

| Through questionnaires survey, telephone interview and face to face interview method, this paper surveyed the technique application and analysis the technology demand in litchi industry of Shenzhen, Dongguan and east Guangdong. The results showed that technique application of litchi farmers was focused on pest control technology, flower, fruit protection and crack prevention technology, orchard transformation technology. The litchi farmers’ technique demanded was mainly focused on plant protection technology, soil and fertilization technology and new species. And all litchi processing enterprises were urgently needs the fresh keeping technology, advanced equipment and new products. The members of litchi professional cooperatives were general considered that fertility technology, new litchi species, fresh keeping and processing technology were urgently demanded in litchi planting. |
