      以不同酸性(pH 1.0、2.0、3.0、4.0、5.0、6.0)营养液处理的枳壳、酸柚、酸橙、枳橙、三湖红橘、新干化红、崇义野橘等7种柑橘砧木幼苗为试材,通过酸害症状观测以及酸害指数为指标的聚类分析,对其耐酸性强弱进行鉴定与分析。结果表明,供试柑橘砧木幼苗的耐酸性分为三类,耐酸性最强的为枳壳,平均酸害指数为13.33%;耐酸性中等的有酸柚、三湖红橘、新干化红、崇义野橘、枳橙,其平均酸害指数分别为17.33%、17.80%、17.58%、15.11%、17.79%,这一类的总平均值为17.88%;耐酸性最弱的为酸橙,平均酸害指数达26.22%。研究结果可为柑橘砧木种质改良提供理论依据,对于柑橘砧木种质资源的合理开发利用与柑橘产业的可持续发展具有重大意义。
英文摘要:
      In this study, the seven Citrus rootstock seedlings (P.trifoliate (L.) Raf, Citrus grandis Osbeck, Citrus aurantium L., Ruta “Citrange”, Citrus reticulata Blanco, Citrus reticulata證itrus aurantium, Citrus reticulata Blanco) were used as experimental material which were treated with different pH values of nutrient solution, and the strengths of acid resistance of these rootstock seedlings were identified and evaluated through acid injury occurrence, acid resistance index as well as cluster analysis. The results indicated that the seven Citrus stocks plantlets could be divided into three groups by acid resistance,P.trifoliate (L.) Raf had strong acid resistance, the average acid injury index was 13.33%; Citrus grandis Osbeck, Citrus reticulata Blanco, Citrus reticulata證itrus aurantium, Citrus reticulata Blanco, Ruta ‘Citrange’ marked as normal, the average acid injury index were 17.33%, 17.80%, 17.58%, 15.11%, 17.79%, respectively, and the mean acid injury index for this group was 17.88%; Citrus aurantium L. was weak in acid resistance, and the average acid injury index was 26.22%. It could provide a theoretical basis for germplasm improvement of Citrus rootstocks, also possess deep significances for reasonable exploitation the germplasm of Citrus rootstocks and sustainable development of Citrus industry.
