      壳寡糖(chito-oligosaccharide,COS)作为一种植物诱抗剂,在植物生长调节及诱导植物抗逆性、抗病性等方面显示了极大的应用潜力。试验研究发现,在早熟梨生产中喷施壳寡糖50 mg?L-1,可明显增强树势,提高抗病能力,促进生长,减少落果,防止梨树早期落叶,单株产量提高18.5%以上, 梨果可溶性固形物含量增加0.8%以上,对提高产量和改善品质效果显著。
英文摘要:
      The chito-oligosaccharide(chito-oligosaccharide,COS),as an plant elicitors, has great application potential in regulating the plant growth, inducing plant strress resistance and disease resistance. The result of trial has demonstrated that applying the COS with 50 mg?L-1 on early maturing pear promoted the tree vigor and growth obviously, and increased the ability of disease resistance.The COS also has decreased the rate of fruit drop and reduced defoliation at early period. The average yield per tree increased over 18.5%, and the soluble solids content increased above 0.8%, the COS has remarkably effect on increasing yield and improving the fruit quality.
