由柑橘衰退病毒(Citrus tristeza virus, CTV)引起的柑橘衰退病是具有经济重要性的病害,褐色橘蚜是CTV的最有效传播介体。应用分子生物学方法检测蚜虫体内CTV已被研究多年,本文重点阐述了定性检测和定量检测,介绍了反转录PCR(RT-PCR)、反转录巢式PCR (RT-nested-PCR)、以及实时RT-PCR (Real-time RT-PCR)的应用。同时,对这些技术应用于研究CTV蚜传机理和CTV-介体-寄主三者的互作关系方面做了简要展望。 |

Tristeza caused by Citrus tristeza virus (CTV) is an economically important citrus disease which has caused great loss to the citrus industry and Toxoptera citricida(Kirkaldy)is the most efficient vector. Molecular methods for detection of CTV in aphid has been studied for years. In this paper the great attention is particularly focused on qualitative and quantitative detection, molecular biological detection techniques of RT-PCR, RT-nested PCR and real-time RT-PCR are introduced. Further research is needed to focuse on applying these molecular biological detection techniques on mechanism of aphids spreading the CTV and the relationship of aphids-CTV-citrus. |
