壳寡糖(chito-oligosaccharide,COS)具有独特的生理活性,有良好的水溶性和成膜性,并且无毒、无味,生物相容性和安全性良好,可生物降解,对环境无污染,是一种较为理想的高效、天然保鲜剂。试验研究表明,用壳寡糖500 mg?L-1溶液处理翠冠梨果,可明显降低呼吸速率、失重率,保持硬度,减缓果肉组织中糖类及有机酸等营养物质的消耗,使梨果冷藏保鲜期有效延长。 |

Oligochitosan have the unique biological activity, Good water solubility and film formers, Meanwhile, Because of Non-toxic , tasteless, good biocompatibility and safety , Biodegradable, no pollution to the environment, Oligochitosan is an efficient, natural fresh keeping agent. The results indicated that 500 mg?L-1 oligochitosans treatment was capable of reducing respiratory rate, inhibit the increase of the weight loss of cuiguan pear, and maintained the hardness. 500 mg?L-1 oligochitosans treatment also delayed the decrease of Carbohydrate, Organic acid and other nutrient substance content of cuiguan pear. So 500 mg?L-1 oligochitosans treatment could prolong the fruit ,s preservation period in the cold storage Condition. |
