以当地种曼塞罗柚为砧木,取引进的9个葡萄柚品种为接芽,采用带木质部“T”形芽接法,研究了嫁接愈合前及接口愈合时愈伤组织过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性变化规律。结果表明:POD、SOD、CAT三种酶活性与葡萄柚嫁接愈合密切相关,且活性差异程度可以作为葡萄柚嫁接亲和性的预测酶,PPO活性的影响较复杂;ML/1 、ML/3、ML/6和ML/7组合愈合最好,ML/2、ML/4组合愈合最差,这种差异和愈合部位酶活性的高低及与接穗、砧木POD、SOD、CAT活性差值绝对值之和高低密切相关;且4种酶对嫁接愈合的影响具有协同作用。 |

To study the changes of POD, SOD, PPO and CAT activities variation of callus before or on the healing graft, take the introduction of nine varieties of Citrus paradise connected to the local species of Mansailuo, method of ‘T’ budding with xylem of was used, The results show that: Enzyme activity of POD, SOD, CAT were closely related to grafting healing of Citrus paradise, and the differences of activity level can be closely related to graft healing of Citrus paradise grafted affinity enzyme, but PPO activity was more complex. The combination of ML/1, ML/3, ML/6 and ML/7 are better than other combinations, the worst two combinations are the ML/2 and ML/4, This kind of difference and healing parts the discretion of the enzyme activity and the scion, the root stock POD, SOD, CAT active difference sum is closely related to the absolute value of high and low; And four of the influence of the enzyme grafting healing synergistic. |
