| The economic threshold of the oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel), in citrus orchard was studied. The correlative among oriental fruit fly release amount, loss rate of citrus yield and oriental fruit fly release amount and trap amount were studied by release oriental fruit flies inside five cages in the field. Then we deduced the relationship between oriental fruit fly trap amount and loss rate of citrus yield, and established the model of economic threshold. According to the price of Taizhou orange and the cost for control the fruit fly, the economic thresholds of oriental fruit fly in citrus orchard was 2.2 adults per tree in Taizhou. |
