      以“金魁”猕猴桃为试材,对6个不同采收期“金魁”猕猴桃在常温下后熟果实品质进行比较与分析,探讨“金魁”猕猴桃最适采收期。结果表明,采收期不同猕猴桃果实后熟品质差异较大。早期采收(18/10、23/10、30/10,相应果实发育期分别为168 d、175 d、182 d)时,果实硬度和可滴定酸含量(TA)较高, 而果实可溶性固形物含量(SSC)较低(﹤6.5%),干物质含量(DM)亦较低(﹤19%);果实后熟品质较差,SSC偏低,TA偏高,固酸比偏低。晚期采收(20/11,相应果实发育期分别为203 d)的果实硬度和TA含量明显降低,固酸比较高,果实硬度下降较快,失重与腐烂严重,后熟软化期明显缩短。谢花后189-196 d采收的“金魁”猕猴桃果实,SSC达6.6%以上,DM 为19%以上;后熟果实固酸比较高,失重与腐烂较低,果实硬度下降平缓,后熟期较长。后熟软化后其果实仍保持较高的SSC、Vc与DM含量,表明此期为“金魁”猕猴桃的适宜采收期。
英文摘要:
       In order to study the best harvest time of the ‘jin kui’ kiwifruit, the fruits of the ‘jin kui’ kiwifruit were used to compare and analyze the effects of six different harvest dates which were picked at 168, 175, 182, 189, 196 and 203 day after full bloom and stored at room temperature on the fruit quality at ripening and softening. The results showed that the fruit quality of ripening kiwifruit at different harvest time was quite different. The fruits of harvest date(18/10, 23/10, 30/10; 168 d, 175 d, 182 d after full bloom, respectively)had higher firmness and titratable acid (TA), and the soluble solid content (SSC) was less than 6.5%,the dry matter (DM) content was less than 19 %,the fruit quality of ripening was worse at normal temperature, the SSC and SSC/TA ratio were on low side,but TA content was on the high side; The fruit firmness and TA content of harvest date( 20/11, 203 d after full bloom) were lower than that of others, the fruit SSC/TA ratio was higher, the fruit firmness fall faster than other harvest dates, and they had higher weight loss and rotted ratio. The fruit ripening and softening were significantly shortened; The fruit SSC of harvest dates(189 d and 196 d after full bloom)was beyond 6. 6%,the DM content was beyond 19%; the fruit SSC/TA ratio was higher and they retained low weight loss and rotted ratio, the fruit firmness was changed slowly, the fruit ripening and softening were longer, the fruit SSC, Vc and DM content were kept higher level after ripening and softening.The results indicated that those days were suitable for harvesting.
