| Effect of different rooting reagents on the growth of cuttings of the non-nuclear purple grape was studied.The results showed that NAA(300 mg/L),the Guoguang rooting powder(100 mg/L),the Yangguang rooting capsule(300 mg/L) could promote callus formulation and rooting,20 d after cutting,callus induction rate was 87.5%,77.5%,82.5%,respectively,increasing 27.5,17.5,22.5 percentage points compared with CK,and germination rate was 75%,65%,55%,respectively,increasing 60,50,40 percentage points compared with CK,and cutting germination rate was 45%,50%,57.5%,respectively,increasing 30,20,17.5 percentage points compared with CK.40 d after cutting,three rooting reagents treatments could increase cutting survival rate,which was 82.5%,92.5%,87.5%,respectively,increasing 5.0,15.0,10.0 percentage points compared with CK.NAA could promote rooting of cuttings,while the Guoguang rooting powder was more suitable for cutting survival.Three rooting reagents could inhibit new branch length and leaf number,and the Yangguang rooting capsule and NAA could inhibit new branch length significantly.Because of rooting powder,the quality of nursery stock was better,So suggest use guoguang rooting powder in practice to improve the survival rate in non-nuclear purple grape seedling. |
