香蕉枯萎病是由尖孢镰刀菌引起的土传病害,目前尚缺乏有效的防治方法。木霉菌是一类重要的植物病害生防菌,广泛分布于自然界,容易分离培养,对多种植物病原菌具有一定的抑制作用。笔者从海南儋州、乐东、文昌等地147份土样中分离出245株木霉,通过对峙试验筛选出对香蕉枯萎病菌有较好拮抗效果木霉菌10株,抑菌率在63.1%~84.7%,并对其进行了体外拮抗作用的测定;最后还测定了无菌土中木霉与病原菌的种群变化,结果表明木霉对香蕉枯萎病菌有一定的抑制作用。 |

Banana fusarium wilt disease is a soil born disease caused by the pathogen Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense, and there are not have effective control methods for it at present. The fungus Trichoderma, ubiquitous in the environment and easy to isolate and culture, is an import microorganism in the biological control of plant diseases. A total of 245 strains of Trichoderma spp. were isolated from 147 soil samples collected from DanZhou, LeDong and other locations. Further screened by dual-culture and antagonistic test found that, 10 strains of the 245 strains have strong antagonism againt the pathogen of the disease, inhibitory efficiency from 63.1% to 84.7%. Observation of the dynamic population changes in Trichoderma spp. and the pathogen Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense showed that Trichoderma spp. had some inhibitory effect on the pathogen Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense. |
