对“三叶”宜昌橙有丝分裂中期染色体联会现象进行了初步的观察与分析。结果表明:所观察的154个中期分裂相中发现62个存在染色体联会现象,出现频率约为40.3%;共观察到124个联会复合体,其中以2条染色体之间的联会最多,约占总数的59.6%,其次分别为3条、4条和5条染色体联会复合体,占25.8%、12.9%和1.6%;染色体联会一般以端部—端部、端部—中部连接并形成棒形、V形、U形、Y形、T形和O形等多种构型。本文还对宜昌橙体细胞联会研究意义进行了讨论。 |

A statistical analysis of somatic pairing by interchromosomal chromatin connectives was made on mitosis metaphase chromosomes of ‘Sanye’accession in Citrus ichangensis(2n=2x=18). The results showed that the ratio of interchromosomal pairing connectives at mitotic metaphase was about 40.3% that there were 62 cells with somatic pairings in all 154 cells observed. 124 interchromosomal chromatin connectives with prominent two chromosomal connectives(59.6%) as well as three(25.8%), four(12.9%) and five(1.6%) chromosomal connectives respectively.The great majority of connectives involve telosynapsis with 2-5 chromsomes, and some with telomeric and centromeric. I, V, U, Y, T and O-type chromosomes pairing joined by two, three, four or five chromosomes were observed. And the significance of study on somatic pairing by interchromosomal chromatin connectives in Citrus ichangensis was discussed in this paper. |
