      本试验以3年生夏黑葡萄为材料,研究不同的整形方式对果实生长发育、果实品质和着色程度的影响。结果表明:不同整形对夏黑葡萄生长及果实品质存在差别,H型整形能显著提高果实大小、单果重和可溶性固形物含量,提高花青苷含量,促进果实着色,降低可滴定酸含量。其中,H型(包括HB,HL)整形的可溶性固形物含量分别比T型的提高了3.18%和0.6%,比V型的提高了10.48%和7.71%;果皮中花青苷含量的大小依次为HB〉HL〉T〉V。
英文摘要:
      The effect of different training system and pruning on growth , fruit quality and degrees of coloring were investigated in the current case which were using 3-year-old 'summer black' grape. The results indicated that grape growth and fruit quality were influenced by different training system and pruning , the types of H (including protected cultivation and outdoor cultivation ) can significantly improve fruit size, fruit weight and soluble solids content, and anthocyanin content, higher in output and greater in fruit coloration, reduce titratable acid content. Among them, The solubility solid matter of type H(including HB, HL) is increased 3.18% and 0.6% respectively compared with type T, and improved10.48% and 7.71% than type V. The contents of anthocyanin in peels is HB> HL> T> V.
