      以枳、酸柚、构头橙、卡里佐枳橙、三湖红橘、新干化红、崇义野橘等7种不同柑橘砧木幼苗为试材,采用盆栽试验,探讨pH 2.0胁迫下不同柑橘砧木幼苗含水量、MDA含量、Pro含量、可溶性蛋白含量、SOD、POD、CAT酶活性等主要生理指标的变化,应用隶属函数法对供试材料的耐酸性进行综合评价。通过综合隶属函数值评定的耐酸性强弱顺序为:枳>三湖红橘>卡里佐枳橙>新干化红>酸柚>崇义野橘>构头橙。这一结果与7种柑橘砧木幼苗的酸害形态表现一致。隶属函数法能较全面地评价柑橘砧木的耐酸性,可为柑橘砧木种质改良及选择适宜的耐酸性红壤的优良砧-穗组合提供理论依据。
英文摘要:
      The acid resistance of seven varieties of Citrus rootstock seedlings (Poncirus trifoliata, Citrus grandis, Citrus aurantium, Citrus sinensis?Poncirus trifoliata, Citrus reticulata ‘Sanhu tangerine’, Citrus reticulate ?Citrus aurantium, Citrus reticulata ‘Chongyi tangerine’) were evaluated through analyzing the physiological indicators such as water content, MDA content, proline content, soluble protein content and anzyme activity of Citrus rootstock seedlings at the treatment with pH 2.0 nutrient solution by utilizing the subordinate function value. The results showed that the order of acid resistance of the seven kinds of Citrus rootstocks was as follows: P. trifoliata > Citrus reticulata> Ruta Citrange>Citrus reticulata ?Citrus aurantium >Citrus grandis >Citrus reticulata >Citrus aurantium. The results were consistent with the performances of acid injury of seven Citrus rootstock seedlings. It could entirely evaluate the acid resistance of Citrus rootstock seedlings by using subordinate function value and it could lay a theoretical basis for further selection of excellent rootstock-scion combinations in adaptation of acidy soils and germplasm improvement of Citrus rootstocks.
