利用生长速率法对34种果园常用杀菌剂进行室内毒力测定。结果表明,各药剂在不同试验浓度下对柑桔黑斑病菌菌丝的生长均有不同程度的抑制作用,并且其抑制率与浓度呈正相关。其中苯醚甲环唑抑制效果最好,EC50为0.0036μg/mL;戊唑醇次之,EC50为0.1262μg/mL;其次为氟硅唑、丙环唑、甲基硫菌灵、腈菌唑、唑醚?代森联、烯唑醇、异菌脲、咪鲜胺,其EC50均在1μg/mL以下。 此研究为田间大面积防治柑橘黑斑病提供了参考。 |

34 kinds of fungicides commonly used in the orchard had been evaluated with the growth rate method. The results revealed that these fungicides could inhibit the mycelia growth at different degrees with different test concentrations. Among these fungicides, the difenoconazole have best result which EC50 value was 0.0036μg/mL. Next was the tebuconazole, 0.1262μg/mL; Those flusilazole, propiconazole, thiophanatemethyl, myclobutanil, thiazole-ether, diniconazole, iprodione, prochloraz, which EC50 value were all below 1μg/mL. This study provides a reference for the protection of citrus black spot in a large area in the fields. |
