      本文采用整株枝解法,在采果后把10龄和3龄妃子笑荔枝树的根、茎、叶3个器官分成16~20个部位和组织,分别测定各个部位各个组织的生物量和钙含量。结果如下:1.钙浓度在不同组织和不同部位是不同的。钙浓度在主干皮部最高,其次为一级侧枝皮部、老叶柄,而以根、梢木部最低;在同级枝干中,皮部钙含量显著高于木部,并随着荔枝枝干(从梢至主干)增粗,皮部Ca浓度逐步上升。2. 3龄树完熟叶片、完熟叶柄Ca浓度高于10龄树相应部位,但3龄树主干和一级侧枝皮部Ca浓度却低于10龄树。3. 10龄荔枝钙素累积量在茎最多,根最少,3龄荔枝树则是以叶最多,根最少。梢Ca累积量占整株Ca累积量45%以上(其中10龄树为45.3%,3龄树为53.5%);10龄树Ca累积量(291.6克)约为3龄树Ca累积量(41.7克) 7倍。

      Ten and three-year-old litchi cv. ‘Fei Zi Xiao’(Litchi chinensis Sonn.) trees were uprooted and divided into 16~20 parts and tissues belonging to 3 organs (root, stem,leaf) after harvest for Ca distribution and accumulation in different parts and tissues of litchi trees.The results were as follows:1.Ca concentration in different parts and tissues was different. The Ca concentration was the highest in the cortex of trunk, next were the cortex of first order lateral branch and old petiole and were the lowest in the root and wood of shoots. In the same order branches and trunk,Ca concentration in cortex was higher than that in wood, and Ca concentration of cortex increased along with the branches’s diameter(from the shoots to trunk) increasing.2. Ca concentration in full-ripe leaflets and petiole of three-year-old litchi tree was higher than that of ten-year-old litchi tree,but contrary to the cortex of first order lateral branch and trunk;3. Ca accumulation was the most in stem and the less in root in the ten-year-old litchi tree, but that was the most in leaves and the less in root in the three-year-old litchi tree. Ca accumulation in the shoots occupied more than 45% of the total Ca in the tree(In which that in ten-year-old tree and three-year-old tree respectively occupied 45.3%,53.5%).The Ca accumulation in ten-year-old tree (291.6g)was about 7 times that in three-year-old tree(41.7g).
