| 在人工气候箱内，分别测定了桔小实蝇在40℃和3℃条件下的存活能力。结果表明：在40℃，无水无食、有水无食、有水有食条件下桔小实蝇最长存活时间分别可达16、40、120小时。在3℃桔小实蝇处于冷昏迷状态条件下，当持续时间不超过3天时，桔小实蝇在室温条件下苏醒存活率可达100%，超过4天后桔小实蝇死亡率达100%。通过观察不同温度条件下桔小实蝇的行为状态，测定了可使桔小实蝇冷昏迷的最高温度为5℃。 |

| n order to determine the survival ability of Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel) at the extreme temperatures, we tested the survival ability of B.dorsalis Supplying with different food resources at 40℃, and also tested its survival ability under cold coma condition. The results indicted that: the longest survival time of B.dorsalis can last for 120 hours on feeding with food, 16 hours with nothing, 40 hours feeding with only water. The survival rate of B. dorsalis which came from coma conditions at 3℃ within three days, at room temperature can reach to 100%, but death rate is up to 100% after four days. Finally, the cold coma temperature of B.dorsalis which was defined by observing its conditions at different temperatures is 5℃ |
