      本文依据机械手采摘果实常见的机械损伤形式,针对杨梅果的生物特性,设计了机械损伤下的杨梅果力学特性实验方案,通过实验数据的定量分析,求得杨梅果压缩、高处坠落、拿捏力学特性曲线,拟合了杨梅果力学特性方程,本文还探讨杨梅果在机械采摘条件下的损伤机理与规律,该研究为采摘杨梅果机械手夹持机构的设计提供了理论依据。
英文摘要:
      According to the common mechanical damage form of robot picking fruits and biological characteristics of the bayberry fruit, this paper designed the experimental program for mechanical properties of bayberry fruit with mechanical damage. By the quantitative analysis of experimental data, the mechanical properties of curves of compression, falls, and pinch were obtained. Then, the mechanics characteristic equations of the bayberry fruit are fitted. This paper also discussed the injury mechanism and laws of bayberry fruit under the mechanical harvesting conditions. The study provides a theoretical basis for the design of the clamping mechanism of bayberry fruit robot.
