广东省砂糖橘叶片黄化现象目前有增加的趋势,本研究从矿质养分平衡的角度出发,探讨沙糖橘叶片黄化的可能原因。通过对同一果园中正常树和黄化树的叶片和根际土壤的矿质养分测定、叶片养分的DRIS分析、果实外观品质和内在品质分析,发现黄化树根际土壤的有效钙含量显著低于正常树,而有效锌则相反,其它矿质养分含量及pH没有显著差异;黄化树叶片中钙与锌的含量显著低于正常树;DRIS分析表明黄化树和正常树分别缺钙和缺氮,且两者均缺镁;正常树的果实大小和单果重均显著大于黄化树,黄化树的果实中可滴定酸、维生素C和还原糖的含量显著高于正常树的果实。这些结果表明,尽管树体普遍缺镁,但是缺钙和缺锌可能是叶片黄化的主要诱因。 |

Leaf yellowing of Citrus reticulate ‘Shatangju’ plants in Guangdong province has been increasingly serious presently. This study explored the possible reasons for the leaf yellowing of ‘Shatangju’ in the view of mineral nutrient balance. According to the determination of the mineral nutrient in rhizospheric soil and leaf, DRIS analysis of leaf nutrients, and the analysis of the exterior and internal qualities of fruits of ‘Shatangju’ plants with normal (NL) and yellowing (YL) leaves in the same orchard, it was found that the available Ca content in the rhizospheric soil of YL plants was significantly lower than that of NL plants, but it was opposite for available Zn content and no significant difference was found for other mineral nutrients and soil pH. Leaf Ca and Zn contents of YL plants were significantly lower than that of NL plants. DRIS analysis showed that YL and NL plants were short of Ca and N, respectively, and both plants were short of Mg. Fruit size and single fruit weight of NL plants were significantly higher than those of YL plants, while titrated acid, reducing sugar and vitamin C in fruits of YL plants were significantly higher than those of NL plants. These results indicated that the lack of Ca and Zn was probably the main cause of leaf yellowing of ‘Shatangju’ plants even though both plants were in the condition of Mg deficiency. |
