| 拟水狼蛛(Pirata subpiraticus)和拟环纹豹蛛(Pardosa pseudoannulata)是我国南方果园、稻田、菜地等农业生态系统中抑制害虫的重要天敌类群。本文采用浸渍法，测定了8种化学除草剂对两种狼蛛的毒力。结果表明，烯草酮、百草枯、精喹禾灵、异丙甲草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸、乙草胺等6种除草剂对拟水狼蛛和拟环纹豹蛛均有较强的毒力，对拟水狼蛛的LC50依次为：0.6554、1.2002、2.3599、3.2207、5.9995和7.2215 g/L；对拟环纹豹蛛的LC50依次为：0.2506、1.5304、0.6202、5.1118、1.0393和4.1818 g/L。在供试的8种除草剂中，乙羧氟草醚对两种狼蛛的毒性最强，对拟水狼蛛和拟环纹豹蛛的LC50值分别为0.4484和0.1952 g/L；灭草松对两种狼蛛的毒性最弱，对拟水狼蛛和拟环纹豹蛛的LC50值为30.1875和31.662 g/L。 |

| Pirata subpiraticus and Pardosa pseudoannulata (Araneae: Lycosidae) are the important natural enemies for control of insect pests from the orchards, rice fields and vegetable fields in South China. The toxicity of eight herbicides to the two spiders, collected from the orange orchards, was tested by the dipping method. The results showed that six herbicides of Clethodim, Paraquat, Quizalofop-p-ethyl, Metolachlor, Fluroxypyr and Acetochlor were highly toxic to both P. subpiraticus and P. pseudoannulata. The LC50 values of these six herbicides to P. subpiraticus were 0.6554 g/L、1.2002 g/L、2.3599 g/L、3.2207 g/L、5.9995 g/L and 7.2215 g/L, respectively, and those to P. pseudoannulata were 0.2506 g/L、1.5304 g/L、0.6202 g/L、5.1118 g/L、1.0393 g/L and 4.1818 g/L, respectively. Among the 8 tested herbicides, Fluoroglycofen had the highest toxicity to the two spiders, and its LC50 values to P. subpiraticus and P. pseudoannulata were 0.4484 g/L and 0.1952 g/L, respectively, and Bentazone had the lowest toxicity to the two spiders, and its LC50 values to P. subpiraticus and P. pseudoannulata were 30.1875 g/L and 31.662 g/L, respectively. |
