      在反季节栽培模式下,研究四季密芒果树在花芽分化期间叶片中可溶性总糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸等有机营养和碳氮比的变化规律,并分析有机营养与成花的相关性。结果表明:在花芽分化前期叶片可溶性糖含量先下降后上升,淀粉含量逐渐上升,但两者在花芽分化中期都有下降的趋势。在花芽分化中后期,叶片可溶性蛋白含量达到最高,而游离氨基酸则是整个分化期的最低点。碳氮比出现两个高峰,即在花芽分化中期和花芽分化结束两个时期。四季蜜芒叶片可溶性糖和淀粉含量与成花关系较为密切。在花芽分化后期,叶片可溶性糖和淀粉与成花都呈显著的负相关。游离氨基酸为四季蜜芒花芽分化提供了充足的氮源。可溶性糖和淀粉在前期高,而碳氮比在后期高,都有利于花芽分化。

      Under the off-season cultivation model, the rule of total soluble sugar, starch, soluble protein, free amino acid and carbon-nitrogen ratio in leaves of 'Sijimiman' mango trees during the flower bud differentiation periods and their correlations with flower formation were analyzed. The results showed that: the total soluble sugar was increased, and then was decreased, and the starch was gradually increased in the prophase of bud differentiation. But the two had declined trends in the middle stage of bud differentiation .The soluble protein in the leaves of' Sijimiman' mango trees was highest in the middle and after stage, but the free amino acid was lowest in the whole differentiation stage. The carbon–nitrogen ratio had two peaks, the stages were the middle stage of bud differentiation and flower bud differentiation ending stage. The total soluble sugar and starch in leaves of ‘Sijimiman' mango trees were closed to the flower formation. They were negative correlations between total soluble sugar, starch and flower formation. Free amino acid provided much nitrogen for the flower bud differentiation of Sijimiman' mango trees. It was in favour of the flower bud differentiation because of the Soluble sugar and starch were high in the prophase, and carbon nitrogen ratio was high in later stage.
