      本试验以钟山红葡萄为材料,于盛花期使用不同浓度(12.5mg/L,25mg/L,50mg/L)的GA3处理,结合盛花后11天分别用25mg/L GA3 2mg/L CPPU和25mg/L GA3 5mg/L CPPU处理,研究了不同组合处理对钟山红葡萄果实品质的影响。结果表明,各处理都显著提高了果实的品质,盛花期25mg/L GA3,花后11天用25mg/L GA3 2mg/L CPPU处理的效果对果实大小及果形指数影响最大,纵、横径,单果重都显著高于对照未处理且达到了最大值。盛花期25mg/L GA3 ,花后11天用25mg/L GA3 5mg/L CPPU处理的效果对果实风味影响最大,可溶性固形物达到最大。从GA3和CPPU对钟山红葡萄处理后的综合性状看来,以盛花期25mg/L GA3且盛花后11d 用25 mg/L GA3 5mg/L CPPU的处理效果较适宜。

      ‘Zhong shan Hong’ grape were treated with different concentrations(12.5mg/L,25mg/L,50mg/L) of GA3 in peak florescence and 25mg/L GA3 2mg/L CPPU or 25mg/L GA3 5mg/L CPPU in 11 days after blossoming, In order to study the effects of GA3 and CPPU on the fruit quality of Grape. The results showed each processing significantly improves the quality of the fruit. The most effects on fruit size and fruit shape index was the treatment of 25mg/L GA3 in peak florescence and 25mg/L GA3 2mg/L CPPU in 11 days after blossoming, which longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter and fruit weight were significantly higher than that of the control untreated and reached the maximum value. The most effects on titratable acid and soluble solid was the treatment of 25mg/L GA3 in peak florescence and 25mg/L GA3 5mg/L CPPU in 11 days after blossoming. The treatment of 25mg/L GA3 in peak florescence and 25mg/L GA3 5mg/L CPPU in 11 days after blossoming is the most appropriate for ‘Zhong shan Hong’ grape after analysis all the physiological indexes.
