      以不同成花能力的砂梨品种新水(Pyrus serotina cv.Shinsui)和丰水(Pyrus serotina cv. Housui)为试材,分析了2个品种花芽分化期新梢和短枝芽游离态和束缚态多胺含量的变化,结果表明:在采样期内,砂梨新梢和短枝芽中5种内源多胺以Put、Spd和Spm含量较高,供试芽内源多胺含量高低为丰水梨﹥新水梨,说明在砂梨花芽分化中,内源多胺含量与品种成花能力密切相关。
英文摘要:
      Shinsui pear(Pyrus serotina cv. Shinsui)and Housui pear (Pyrus serotina cv. Housui) which had different floral ability in sand pear were used as experimental materials in this article, the dynamic changes of five kinds of free and bound polyamine contents in buds of the shoot and spur from ‘Shinsui’ and ‘Housui’ Pear during the initiation of flower bud were studied. The result showed that the contents of putrescine、spermidine and spermine among the five endogenous polyamines were higher, and the endogenous contents in the two kind buds from Housui pear was higher than Shinsui pear during the sampling period. The research indicated that the contents of endogenous polyamines were more closely related to the floral ability of varieties during the initiation of flower bud.
