本文研究了培养基、温度、pH值、光照对Phyllosticta citrichinaensis的菌丝生长和孢子萌发的影响。结果表明:添加柚叶汁会促进菌丝生长;菌丝生长的温度范围为10–35℃,适宜生长温度为25–30℃,最适生长温度为28℃,40℃时停止生长;菌丝生长的pH值范围为3–9,最适生长的pH值为5–6,14天后在pH7–9的OA培养基上菌落边缘产生黄色素;分生孢子在25℃、pH4的条件下萌发率最高,但萌发率低于45%;12h光暗交替有利于菌丝生长;菌丝的致死温度为55℃10分钟,孢子致死温度50℃10分钟。 |

The paper deals with the effect of media, temperature, pH and light on mycelial growth and conidial germination of Phyllosticta citrichinaensis, the pathogen of citrus black spot. Adding citrus leaf juice into the media could stimulate mycelial growth. The testing results showed that the pathogen could grow within temperature of 10–35℃, with the suitable temperature of 25–30℃, optimum temperature of 28℃, up to 40℃. It could grow within pH3–9, with the optimum pH5–6, and turned yellow on the edge after 14 day on pH7–9 oatmeal agar (OA). Its conidial germination rate reached the highest at 25℃and pH 4, but less than 45%. The treatment of 12h light/dark could stimulate mycelial growth. The lethal temperatures for mycelial growth and conidial germination were 55℃for 10 minutes and 50℃ for 10 minutes. |
