      根据南方软溶质水蜜桃‘玉露’的不同成熟度,比较果实单果重、果型、色差、TSS和TA含量、硬度、出汁率、腐烂率和贮藏性等指标发现,七成熟(CK)采收的果实色泽和品质都与成熟(八、九成熟)果实有显著差异,即使在室温下贮藏后,仍不能达到成熟果实品质;但室温下贮藏3 d后腐烂率为30.4%,6 d后腐烂率为41.9%,仍具有部分商品性。而成熟(八、九成熟)的果实,采收时果实品质差异较小,室温贮藏后,经过后熟,色泽与留树完熟的果实无显著差异;其中八成熟果实在室温贮藏3 d后,腐烂率达到40.5%,6 d后为50%,而九成熟果实在室温贮藏3 d后腐烂率即达到了68.2%,6 d后不具商品性。
英文摘要:
       According to different maturities of southern juicy peach, single fruit weight, shape, color differences,TSS and TA contents, hardness, juicy rate, rotting rate and storage property were tested. Results showed that the quality and color had distinct difference between seven maturity degreed (CK) and ripen (eight or nine maturities degreed) peach, even after storage on the room temperature, the fruit quality still can’t reach to the ripen peach, but its rotting rate was 30.4% after 3 days room temperature storage, 41.9% after 6 days at same storage condition, and still retained partial commodity values. The quality differences between eight matutrity degreed peach and nine maturity degreed peach were similar, even after storage on room temperature and after harvest ripening, compared to the full-ripe peach on the tree, the color also had no difference, and the rotting rate of eight maturity degreed peach was 40.5% after 3 days room tenperature treatment, 50% after 6 days room tenperature treatment, but the rotting rate of nine mature peach reached 68.2% after 3 days room tenperature storage, and 6 days later had no commodity value.
