      以美味猕猴桃品种‘金魁’为试材,分别于盛花前后不同时期进行“零芽”修剪,对处理枝条的果实大小、干物质含量、糖、酸、Vc含量等主要果实品质指标进行测定,采用多维价值理论方法对果实品质进行综合评价,确定最佳“零芽”修剪时期,为优质高效猕猴桃园栽培管理提供理论依据。结果表明,不同时期“零芽”修剪果实单果质量均显著高于对照;过早或过晚修剪,果实可滴定酸偏高,固酸比偏低;但对它果实品质指标的影响并不完全一致。通过果实品质综合评价显示,各“零芽”修剪时期的综合果实品质均高于对照;随着“零芽”修剪时间的推移,‘金魁’猕猴桃综合果实品质呈先上升后下降的趋势,盛花后20±2d为‘金魁’猕猴桃的最佳“零芽”修剪时期。
英文摘要:
      In order to investigate the effect of ‘zero-bud’ pruning time on kiwifruit quality, the cultivar of ‘Jinkui’ kiwifruit was selected as material and treated with ‘zero-bud’ pruning method in different time. Then, some fruit quality index including fruit weight, size, dry matter content, sugar, titratable acid, Vc were measured and the multidimensional value theory method was applied to evaluate the fruit quality, to determine the optimal ‘zero-bud’ pruning period, and to provide theoretical evidence in high quality and highly efficient cultivation for kiwifruit orchard. The results showed that the main fruit quality index was difference in nine ‘zero-bud’ pruning periods, prune too early or too late, the fruit titratable acid on the high side and solid to acid ratio is low. Fruit quality comprehensive evaluation showed that the ‘zero-bud’ pruning comprehensive fruit quality were higher than the control. In the whole prune period, the comprehensive fruit quality of ‘Jinkui’ kiwifruit was increased at the beginning and then decreased, the best ‘zero-bud’ pruning period of ‘Jinkui’ kiwifruit was 20±2d after the flower bloom.
