中文摘要:
      对已开花结果的4种体细胞杂种砧木的种籽类型及数量进行评价,以期筛选具有应用潜力的新型体细胞杂种砧木。秋季收集体细胞杂种成熟果实,剥取种籽统计单果平均种籽数;离体播种,观察是否具有多胚特性。体细胞杂种哈姆林甜橙 粗柠檬、朋娜脐橙 粗柠檬、朋娜脐橙 枸头橙的单果平均种籽数较高,分别为19.9、20.0和19.7粒,且种籽饱满、多胚,播种后容易萌发,实生苗生长健壮、整齐一致,从种籽特性角度可作为首选砧木应用;Page橘柚 枳的单果平均种籽数仅为3.0。对这4种细胞杂种砧木种籽特性的评价为筛选优良体细胞杂种砧木并应用推广提供了依据。
英文摘要:
      Evaluation of the seed type and number of 4 citrus allotetraploid somatic hybrids was performed to estimate their potential use as rootstocks. Fruits of 4 allotetraploid somatic hybrids were individually harvested at ripening stage. Seeds were extracted and the mean number of seeds was calculated. Polyembryonic characteristic of seeds was observed by being cultured in vitro. High number of seeds was observed in somatic hybrids of Hamlin sweet orange Rough lemon, Bonnaza navel orange Rough lemon, Bonnaza navel orange Goutou sour orange with 19.9, 20.0, 19.7 seeds per fruit respectively. Most seeds were well developed and polyembryonic with a high germination rate of vigorous identical nucellar seedlings. These 3 somatic hybrids might be directly utilized as rootstocks in terms of seed characteristics. Page tangelo Poncirus trifoliata has only 3.0 mean seed numbers. The data will be helpful for evaluating their potential utilization as rootstocks.
