      以晚熟的棱晚脐橙、奉晚脐橙为试材,研究不同采收期果实的品质、冷库贮藏(冷藏)性及其冷藏过程中果实品质的影响。结果表明,不同时期采摘的棱晚脐橙和奉晚脐橙果实可溶性固形物(TSS)、总糖和维生素C(Vc)含量均是先上升后降,而总酸含量则一直下降。贮藏时间越长,TSS、总酸、总糖和Vc含量下降越多,但果实失水、腐烂率和干疤率不断上升。综合评价,棱晚脐橙3月中下旬是其最佳采摘时间且贮藏期不宜超过90天,腐烂和干疤果之和为4%;奉晚脐橙3月上中旬是其最佳采摘时间且贮藏期不宜超过60天,腐烂和干疤果之和为6%。
英文摘要:
      In the present study, effects of different harvest time on fruit storage property and fruit quality were investigated under cold storage condition by using ‘Lane late’ and ‘Fengwan’ navel oranges (Citrus sinensis Osbeck)as materials. The results showed that contents of the total soluble solid (TSS), total sugar and Vitamin C (Vc) in fruits of ‘Lane late ’ and ‘Fengwan’ of different harvest time increased initially and then decreased whilst the titratable acid (TA) content decreased continuously during the storage period. Along with storage time extended, contents of TSS, TA, total sugar and Vc decreased while the water loss, rotted ratio and drought spot of fruits increased. Taken together, the optimal harvest time of ‘Lane late’ navel orange is the early and middle of March and the storage period is less than 90 days when the total percentage of decay and drought spot is not over 4%; the optimal harvest time of ‘Fengwan’ navel orange is the middle and end of March and the storage period is less than 60 days when the total percentage of decay and drought spot is not over 6%.
