      研究寄生疫霉病菌对柑桔挥发性物质的影响。以人工接种寄生疫霉病菌的晚熟柑桔品种岩溪晚芦的果皮为材料,采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用技术测定果皮挥发性物质。结果表明,所检测到的挥发性物质主要成分由稀萜类、醇类、酯类、醛类、芳香族化合物及少量的其他物质组成。健康果皮共检测到47种物质,发病果皮检测到85种,两者共有物质37种,在感病后未检测出而在健康果皮中存在的物质10种,占健康柑桔果皮挥发性物质含量的20%,感病后特有的挥发性物质47种,占挥发性物质含量的14.11%,柑桔感病后挥发性物质总含量增加了53.98%,其中增加种类和含量最多的是芳香族和稀萜类物质,分别增加了72.51%和167.64%。寄生疫霉病菌引起了柑桔生理代谢紊乱,挥发性物质变化。
英文摘要:
      The aim of this experiment was to analyze the variation of component and relative amount of volatile compounds from Citrus ponkan fruits peel infected by Phytophthora parasitica, the aroma components of peel were determined by headspace-solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME) coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).. The results showed that the kinds of hydrocarbons, alcohols, esters, aldehydes, aromatic were major volatile compounds in ponkan fruits peel and a small amount of other substances. Healthy fruits peel detected a total of 47 substances, the infected of fruits peel detection to 85, the common material in 37, 10 substances infected fruits peel was not detected but in the presence of healthy fruits peel which were account for 20% in healthy citrus peel. 47 substances were only detected in infected peel which were account for 14.11% in infected citrus peel.Volatile substances were 53.98% increased in infected fruits peel for healthy peel, most of the aromatic species and content were dilute terpenoids and aromatic which were increased 72.51% and 167.64% respectively .Phytophthora parasitica caused by citrus physiological metabolism, volatile matter change.
