      为研究金柑果皮精油含量与油胞密度及果实形态的关系,对21个金柑种质资源的果实大小、果皮质量、油胞密度、精油含量、单果油胞数目和精油总量进行了观察测定。研究表明,油胞密度在不同金柑品种间达到近十倍的差异,在141~1035个/cm2之间,果皮精油含量在0.54%~2.3%之间,品种间油胞密度和精油含量都存在极显著差异。单果油胞数目和精油总量分别在2474~17320个和2.23~120.51mg之间,不同品种间相差很大。相关分析表明,油胞密度和精油含量与果实横径、表面积和果皮质量呈显著负相关,而单果油胞数目和精油总量与果实横径、纵径、表面积、果皮质量呈显著正相关,但精油含量和油胞密度间并无明显相关性。
英文摘要:
      The parameters of essential oil content, oil gland density of the peel, the fruit size, peel weight, the number of oil glands and essential oil yield per fruit were investigated in 21 kumquat varieties. The oil gland density ranged from 141 to 1035 per cm2, the essential oils content in peels ranged from 0.54%~2.3% (w/w). Those parameters were significant different among the 21 kumquat varieties. On average, the oil glands per fruit were between 2474 and 17320, amount of essential oil per fruit were 2.23 mg to120.51 mg which varied widely among the different varieties of kumquat. Correlation analysis showed that the essential oil content and oil gland density had significant negative correlationship with equatorial diameter, surface area and peel weight. The essential oil yield and number of oil glands per fruit demonstrated significantly positive correlationship with equatorial diameter, polar diameter, surface area and peel weight. However, no obvious correlation was found between essential oil content and oil gland density.
