      由石榴假尾孢菌(Pseudocercosproa punicae (P.Henn.) Deighton)引起的石榴褐斑病是石榴上发生普遍,为害严重的主要病害之一。本研究对病原菌进行了生物学特性和室内毒力测定研究。生物学特性测定结果表明:P.punicae在5~35℃,pH3~8的条件下均能生长。最适生长温度为25℃,最适生长pH为5。菌丝的致死温度为47℃,10min。24h光照有利于菌丝的生长。菌丝在燕麦琼脂培养基上生长最快。麦芽糖和尿素分别为最佳碳源和氮源。室内毒力测定结果表明:供试杀菌剂在试验浓度下对菌丝生长的抑制率随浓度的增加而增加,各药剂间的EC50各不相同。其中毒力效果最好的是40%氟硅唑乳油(EC)。
英文摘要:
      Leaf and fruit blotch disease caused by Pseudocercosproa punicae (P.Henn.) Deighton is one of the most serious diseases in pomegranate production. Biological Characteristics of the pathogen were studied in this paper.The results showed that the mycelia could grow from 5 to 35℃, the optimum temperature was 25℃.The range of pH was from 3 to 8 ,with the optimum at 5. The lethal temperature of the mycelia was 47℃ for 10 minutes.The mycelia grew well with light for 24h perday.The oat-agar media was the optimum test media. P.punicae could use all kinds of carbon sources and nitrogen sources in test,maltose and carbamide were the optimal carbon and nitrogen source respectively. Toxicity of different fungicides were also carried in the lab, it showed that the fungicides could inhabit mycelia growth at different levels, and the inhibition rate was increased along with the increase of fungicide concentration. flusilazole showed the best toxicity.
