      龙眼叶枯病菌疏毛拟盘多毛孢生长温度10~30℃,最适生长温度20~25℃;在14~26℃下培养时,RH100%和 pH 6.3~7.2产孢量最大;分生孢子萌发率则以在25℃和RH+水滴及在24~26℃和pH 6~7时较高。黑暗处理促进菌丝生长,日光灯照射有利于分生孢子形成。分生孢子致死温度57℃10min。该菌能利用多种单糖、双糖和醇类作碳源,葡萄糖和蔗糖增进菌丝生长和孢子形成;能很好利用供试氮源L-白氨酸、L-胱氨酸和L-天冬氨酸等。L-组氨酸作为氮源时病菌产孢量最大,而氯化氨作为氮源时病菌不产孢。
英文摘要:
      The causal agent responsible for the leaf blight of longan, Pestalotiopsis pauciseta Y.X.Chen, could grow at temperature between 10℃ and 30℃, with the optimal growth at 20-25℃; the best conidium for sporulation was at 14-26℃ with RH100% and pH 6.3-7.2 in artificial media; highest condition germination rate was obtained when the temperature was 25℃ with RH at 100% and water drop, or in water when the temperature was 24-26℃ and pH was 6-7. Treatment of darkness had significant effect on the mycelium growth .The treatment of fluorescent light could cause large scale production on conidium. The lethal temperature for the conidium was 57℃ 10 minutes. When cultured in artificial media, the pathogene could utilize monosacharides, disacharides as well as alcohols as carbon sources and L-leucine, L-cystine, L-aspartic acid et al. as nitrogen sources. The fungus could produce a large number of conidia when L-histidine was the only nitrogen source or did not sporulate when Ammonium chloride was the only nitrogen source.
