桃褐腐病是桃树上的一种重要病害。本文采用菌丝生长抑制法测定了8类15种杀菌剂对桃褐腐病菌(Monilinia fructicola)的毒力效果。结果表明毒力作用很强的杀菌剂是咪鲜胺,EC50值为0.0085 礸?mL-1;其次是己唑醇、烯唑醇、苯醚甲环唑、丙环唑、戊唑醇和多菌灵,EC50值分别为0.0207、0.0397、。0.0506、0.0627、0.0802和0.0840 礸?mL-1。在保护性杀菌剂中,福美双要优于代森锰锌。而新型杀菌剂嘧菌酯对褐腐病菌的抑菌作用弱,EC50值为51.5900 礸?mL-1。 |

Peach brown rot is an important disease in peach-growing areas. The laboratory virulence of 15 fungicides from 8 classes against peach brown rot pathogen Monilinia fructicola was tested by mycelial growth rate method. The results showed that prochloraz had the strongest virulence, with EC50 value of 0.0085 礸?mL-1, and hexaconazole, diniconazole, difenoconazole, propiconazole, tebuconazole and carbendazim had better antimicrobial effects, with EC50 values of 0.0207 礸?mL-1, 0.0397礸?mL-1, 0.0506礸?mL-1, 0.0627礸?mL-1, 0.0802礸?mL-1 and 0.0840 礸?mL-1, respectively. Among protective fungicides, the virulence of thiram was higher than that of mancozeb. Azoxystrobin, however, had very low virulence to M. fructicola, with EC50 value of 51.5900 礸?mL-1. |
