| 广西南部属于亚热带季风气候区，冬季光热资源丰富，降水稀少。本文利用反季节栽培技术，采用避雨栽培，人工诱发萌芽等措施，使雷司令葡萄在该地区成功种植。以反季节栽培的雷司令冬果为原料进行酿酒实验，并对果实及葡萄酒品质进行分析，利用GC-MS检测香气物质。结果表明反季节栽培的雷司令在桂南地区生长表现良好，葡萄酒中含有28种酯类，6种醇类，7种羧酸类，3种其他香气物质，表现出品种的特征香气。 |

| The south of Guangxi belongs to the subtropical monsoon climate, where has abundant sunshine and heat resources, rare rain in winter. Riesling grape can be planted successfully by using off-season cultivation technique, rainproof cultivation and artificial inducing sprout in southern Guangxi. The second-crop Riesling grape was used as raw materials for wine-making experiments. The qualities of grape and wine were analyzed and studied, and the major flavoring compositions of the produced wine were analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that Riesling grew well in the south of Guangxi with off-season cultivation technique, the wine contains 28 esters, 6 alcohols, 7 acids and 3 others. The characteristic aromas were exposed in the wine. |
