在3年生的富士和国光苹果幼树的萌芽期、盛花期和新梢旺长期,通过对其进行不同角度的拉枝处理,研究拉枝对苹果幼树生长发育的影响。结果表明:拉枝能够提高苹果叶片中可溶性糖和淀粉含量,但不呈现明显的变化规律,富士萌芽期处理枝条的可溶性糖含量总体要高于盛花期处理枝条,国光萌芽期处理枝条的还原糖含量以90?拉枝的平均水平最高,国光叶片和富士叶片的淀粉含量均以110?拉枝处理的最高;富士叶片叶绿素含量随拉枝角度的增大呈现先减小后增大的趋势,而国光的随拉枝角度的增大而减小;富士和国光叶片蛋白质含量随拉枝角度增大而增大。 |

Bending the three-year-old young apple trees (‘Fuji’ and ‘Ralls’) on the forming stage, full-bloom stage and shoot growing stage, to study the effect of different branch angles on apple growth and development. The results showed as follows: Bending can raise the soluble sugar content and starch content without obviously regular. The soluble sugar content of Fuji’s forming stage branch is higher than full-bloom stage branch on the whole. When the Ralls’ angle of branch - bending was 90? the soluble sugar content was the highest.The starch content of Fuji and Ralls was highest when bending was 110? The chlorophyll content in leaf of Fuji decreased firstly then increased when the angle of branch-bending increased, however Ralls’ decreased. The content of proteins in leaf of Fuji and Ralls increased when the angle of branch-bending increased. |
