      摘要:在贡柑黑腐病病原菌分离鉴定的基础上,对其病原菌的生物学特性进行研究。结果表明,该病原菌(Alternaria citri Ellis & Everhart)在PDA培养基上生长最佳。菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发的适宜温度分别为21~30 ℃和18~30 ℃,适宜pH值分别为5~12和4~7。供试的6种碳源中,葡萄糖和可溶性淀粉较利于菌丝生长,蔗糖较利于孢子萌发;供试的6种氮源中,牛肉膏较利于菌丝生长,酵母膏较利于孢子萌发。光照条件对病原菌产孢影响不大,完全光照与光暗交替12 h较利于菌丝生长和孢子萌发。分生孢子致死温度为51 ℃水浴10 min。

      Abstract: The biological characterization of the pathogen (Alternaria citri Ellis & Everhart) isolated from Citrus Gonggan was studied in this paper. The results showed that the pathogen grown most quickly on PDA under experimental conditions. The optimum temperature for its mycelial growth and conidial germination were 21~30 ℃ and 18~30 ℃ separately, and the optimum pH were 5~12 and 4~7. Glucose and soluble starch were more beneficial for the mycelial growth while sucrose were more beneficial for conidial germination than the other carbon sources. To the nitrogen sources, the beef extract was more favorable for mycelial growth than the others and the yeast extract was the best for its conidial germination. Besides, lighting conditions had little effect on the spore formation. The condition of constant light and light-dark alternation were effective for mycelial growth and conidial germination. The lethal temperature for conidium was 52 ℃, 10 min.
