      为研究水杨酸在金柑贮藏保鲜过程中的作用,本文以阳朔金柑为研究对象,采前和采后两个时期采用不同浓度水杨酸处理,以清水处理为对照,对室温贮藏过程中金柑果实的腐烂率以及各抗氧化物酶活性进行测定。结果表明,0.5mmol/L和2.5mmol/L水杨酸处理可有效的提高贮藏过程中金柑果实的CAT、SOD、POD酶活性,且采前2.5mmol/L水杨酸处理效果最为明显。说明水杨酸处理可有效的延缓果实的衰老,有利于延长金柑果实的保鲜期,且采前处理效果优于采后处理。
英文摘要:
      The objective of the study is to investigate the role of salicylic acid in the storage of Fortunella crassifolia. In present study, 0.5mmol/L and 2.5mmol/L SA and water were treated on the tree crown of Fortunella crassifolia 30d before harvest and postharvest for studying the changes of postharvest physiology and anti-oxidative enzyme activity. The results showed that SA treatment could promoted the activity of SOD、POD and CAT than the control during the storage. While Pre-harvest 2.5mmol/L SA treatments were best. It showed that SA treatment could inhibit the browning and prolong the storage period of fruit. 2.5mmol/L SA was best treatment for Fortunella crassifolia in the study and Pre-harvest SA treatments were better than postharvest treatments.
