摘要:以16年生‘华酥’梨为试材,分别于盛花期和果实发育期,采用叶面喷施和土施两种方式施用氨基酸硒肥,结果表明:氨基酸硒肥可以改善梨果实品质,如极显著提高果肉中硒元素的含量(能够达到对照的8.8~16.3倍)、降低石细胞的含量(比对照降低39.9%~50.2%),喷施氨基酸硒肥还可以改善叶片质量。综合考虑施肥效果和硒的利用率,盛花期喷施氨基酸硒肥是最经济有效的方法。 |

Abstract: The experiment was carried on ‘Huasu’ of 16 years old. The amino acids selenium fertilizer was applied by two methods, which were foliage spraying and soil application at full-bloom stage and fruit developing period respectively. The result showed that the amino acids selenium fertilizer can improve fruit quality, as increasing selenium content in the flesh (as high as 8.8~16.3 times of the control), and decreasing stone cell content(decreased by 39.9%~50.2%) . Also, the amino acids selenium fertilizer by foliage spraying can improve its leaf quality. Based on comprehensive consideration of fertilization Effect and selenium utilization, foliage spraying the amino acids selenium fertilizer is considered to be the most economic and effective method. |
