      摘 要:为了探究哈茨木霉发酵液用于柑橘采后病害绿霉病的防治效果,分别采摘兴津温州蜜柑和锦橙果实,一部分用绿霉孢子悬浮液接种进行绿霉病防效试验,另一部分不接种用于果实防腐保鲜试验,两部分试验均用哈茨木霉T.harzianum FL106(TH FL106)发酵液和500mg/L咪鲜胺液浸泡进行处理,清水浸泡进行对照。果实绿霉病防效试验结果表明,哈茨木霉发酵液处理对温州蜜柑和锦橙绿霉病的防治效果分别为51.26%和58.73%,分别是咪鲜胺处理的72.33%和61.36%;果实防腐保鲜试验结果进一步表明,哈茨木霉发酵液能显著降低温州蜜柑果实的腐烂,提高好果率,防腐保鲜效果为咪鲜胺处理的78.40%,发酵液处理对贮藏保鲜果实的品质无不良影响,且能延缓Vc的降解。此结果表明,有望从哈茨木霉发酵液中分离出具有杀菌作用的化学成分,在此基础上开发新的杀菌药剂。

      Abstract: To investigate the effects of T.harzianum FL106 metabolites on controlling green mold (Penicillium digitatum) rot and storage quality, Okitsu Wase Satsuma(Citrus unshiu Marc) fruits and Jincheng orange (Citrus sinensis Osbeck) fruits were soaked in the T.harzianum FL106 metabolites, prochloraz and water after pretreatment. The green mold rot controlling test showed that the control efficiency of the metabolites on green mold fruit rot was 51.26% in Okitsu Wase Stasuma fruits and 58.73% in Jincheng orange fruits,which achieved 72.33% and 61.36% of the control efficiency of prochloraz treatment,respectively. The storage quality test indicated that the metabolites significantly decreased the incidence of fruit rot in Okitsu Wase Satsuma fruits, which resulted in higher rate of good fruits. Slower decrease of vitamin C in fruits of Okitsu Wase Satsuma was also observed in the metabolite treatment. For Okitsu Wase Satsuma fruits, the efficiency of the metabolites on controlling storage fruit rot was 78.40% of the prochloraz. This suggested that it is possible to isolate antimicrobial chemicals from the metabolites of T.harzianum FL106. On this base, new fungicides may be developed.
