利用生长速率法,测定了10种杀菌剂对柑橘炭疽病病菌的室内毒力。结果表明:95%苯醚甲环唑抑菌效果最好,EC50为0.0026mg/L,95%咪酰胺次之,EC50为0.0075 mg/L;95%肟菌酯、95%醚菌酯、95%恶霉灵、96%戊唑醇、95%百菌清、 95%甲基硫菌灵、80%代森锰锌和10%多抗霉素毒力依次减弱,EC50分别为0.018124、0.058939、0.075695、5.8693、27.2789、50.3972、62.9007和169.0314 mg/L。 |

The toxicity of ten fungicides on Colletotrichum gloeosporioides was tested by measuring the mycelium growth rate. The results showed that 95% Difenoconazole had the best inhibitive effect on Citrus Anthracnose with EC50 of 0.0026mg/L and 95% Prochloraz following behind with EC50 of 0.0075 mg/L. The toxicity of 95% Trifloxystrobin, 95% Kresoxim-methyl, 95% Hymexazol, 96% Tebuconazole, 95% Chlorothalonil, 95% Thiophanate-methyl, 80% Mancozeb and 10% Polyoxin reduced successively. EC50 of them were 0.018124, 0.058939, 0.075695, 5.8693, 27.2789, 50.3972, 62.9007 and 169.0314 mg/L respectively. |
