      通过对河南不同柿品种种子的数量、长度、宽度及重量等表型性状的统计分析,评价不同地区品种间的变异程度,并对不同品种进行聚类分析。结果表明:不同地区的种子数量和形状存在一定的差异;品种间种子的长度、宽度和重量发生了较大的遗传变异,变异程度各不相同;聚类分析发现,32份不同柿品种分为5类。因此,河南柿种质资源种子表型性状具有丰富的遗传多样性,为今后柿树种质资源利用提供理论依据。
英文摘要:
      By analysising the seed phenotypic traits of different persimmon varieties in different regions,such as the length,the width and the weight, the degree of variation was evaluated between regions and the cluster analysis was undertaken between different persimmon varieties. The result indicated that there was such variation in the number and shape of the seed between different regions, there was great genetic variation in the length, width and weight of the seed between different persimmon varieties, and 32 different persimmon varieties were divided into five groups by cluster analysis. This showed that there was great genetic variation in the seed phenotypic traits of persimmon varieties in henan, and theoretical basis was provided to utilize the persimmon germplasm resources in the future.
