钙是果树生长发育所必需的营养元素,也是一种具有多种生理功能的细胞内信号分子,它在果实贮藏方面发挥着极其重要的作用,因此,探明钙调控果实衰老的作用机制一直是人们关注的课题。文章根据近年来有关钙与果实采后生理的研究进展,综述了钙调控果实衰老的作用机制,重点概述了果实钙素的吸收、运输与分布,钙对果实细胞膜及细胞壁结构和功能的影响,钙对果实衰老相关的酶活性和基因表达的调节作用,钙与激素的协同作用;明确了钙通过维持细胞膜的完整性、维持细胞壁结构和功能的稳定性,与钙调素结合调节酶活性及其代谢过程,调控与衰老有关的激素合成从而延缓果实衰老。 |

Calcium, a necessary nutrient for growth and development of fruit tree, and an intracellular signaling molecule with various physiological functions, plays an extremely important role in storage of fruit, so, understanding of mechanism of calcium regulating fruit senescence has been the subject of much attention. According to the research progress in calcium and postharvest physiologyof fruit in recent years, the mechanism of calcium regulating fruit senescence is summarized in this paper; focusing on uptake, transport and distribution of calcium in fruit, the effect of calcium on the structure and function of cell membrane and cell wall, regulation of calcium on the activity of the enzyme and gene expression associated with senescence, the synergy between calcium and hormones. We explicate that calcium delays fruit senescence by maintaining the integrity of cell membrane and the stability of the structure and function of cell wall, regulating of the activity of the enzyme and its metabolic process combining with calmodulin, regulating the hormone synthesis associated with senescence. |
