      以卡里佐枳橙砧塔罗科血橙为材料,研究果面色泽与果实品质的相关性。结果表明,树冠不同方位的果面色泽L值(亮度)与b值(黄蓝色差)为中部>北面>西面>东面>南面,a值(红绿色差)则正好相反;树冠不同方位的果实可溶性固形物(TSS)含量为南面>东面>西面>北面>中部,维生素C(Vc)含量为南面>北面>东面>西面>中部;不同果面色泽的果实TSS和Vc含量为红色>浅红色>黄色;同一个果实不同着色部位对应的果肉TSS含量为红色和中间部位色显著高于黄色部位。果面色泽与果实品质相关性分析表明,果面a值与果实TSS、固酸比(TSS/TA)和Vc呈显著正相关,果面L值和b值则与上述果实品质指标呈极显著负相关。表明塔罗科血橙果实可依据果面红色色素(花青素)的累积差异判断果实品质
英文摘要:
      The correlation between pericarp color and fruit quality was studied in 5-year-old Tarocco blood orange(Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck) trees grafted on the citrange rootstock(Citrus sinensis L. Osb.?Poncirus trifoliate L. Raf.). Results showed that the pericarp color values of L* and b* of the fruits collected from different positions of tree canopy were center >north >west>east>south, and the pericarp a* value was just the opposite order. The total soluble solid content (TSS) of the fruits collected from different tree canopy positions was south>east>west>north>center, and the Vc content was south>north >east>west > center position fruits. The Vc and TSS contents of the fruits with different pericarp color were red>light red>yellow fruits. For any single fruit, the TSS content in segments close to red or light red pericarp parts was significant higher than those close to yellow pericarp parts. Correlation analysis indicated that pericarp a* value was significant positive correlated with fruit TSS, Vc contents and TSS/Vc, and pericarp L* and b* values were extremely negative correlated with those fruit quality indicators. It indicated that anthocyanin accumulated in pericarp could be used as fruit quality indicator to judge interior quality of Tarocco Blood Orange.
